Account Manager (Work From Home)

NetHire is the industry leader in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition Solutions. From our office in Mississauga, Ontario we offer our clients in Canada and the United States a variety of products and services to attract applicants to their open positions including job advertisement distribution, career website design, social media applications and recruitment services.

We are currently hiring for a Sales Representative / Account Manager to work from your home office. This role is responsible for building new sales and managing existing client relationships for our recruitment advertising products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management software to build, contact and manage your client base
• Cold/warm calling on companies in North America to discuss our advertising and recruitment products and services
• Create and present proposals to prospective clients on how we can improve their hiring using our various packages and programs
• Assist clients with posting recruitment advertisements and dealing with client questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Conduct web-meetings, phone conferences and in-person meetings to present our recruitment solutions to prospective and current clients
• There is also the potential to attend trade shows and job fairs several times annually

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education preferable, or several years of work experience
• Min. 1 year experience in sales, preferably telephone sales
• Background in recruitment or advertising sales is an asset
• Must be extremely comfortable with computers, email.
• We are a technology and services based company so some understanding of web based technology is beneficial.
• Previous work from home success is appreciated

What You Need to Work From Home:

To work from home you need to have a dedicated space to work in quiet. In terms of technology, you will need a late model computer with Microsoft Office, a high-speed internet connection and a phone service.

You must be dedicated to working 8 hours per day/40 hours per week and attending our two weekly sales meetings. Although you are in contact with your head office team you must be a highly motivated individual to work from home.
